Allocating/Reallocating Endpoints

Purpose: Move Endpoints between Tenants or Customers

Process:

1. Select the batch from the list
2. Click the Allocate / Reallocate button

3. In the allocation dialog:

• Warning: Endpoints currently assigned to a customer will be disconnected and unassigned from their existing customer
• Select the target Tenant from the dropdown (required)
• Click Allocate / Reallocate Batch to confirm
• Click Cancel to abort

Important: This operation will disconnect active endpoints from their current assignments, so proceed with caution.
