Creating a Master Tariff

1. Navigate to Charging → Tariffs

2. Click Actions → Create Master Tariff

3. Configure basic settings:

• Zone Scheme: Select "Default 2.0" (represents world → countries → networks hierarchy)

• Currency: Choose appropriate currency (must match customer currency)

• Name and Description: Provide identifying information

Tariff Rate Configuration

After creating the tariff, you will be able to configure rates by zone:

Zone Structure:

• Root Zone: Applies rates globally (entire world)

• Country Level: Set specific rates per country

• Network Level: Set rates for specific mobile networks within countries

Rate Settings per Zone:

Data Charges:

• Rate per MB: Base price for data consumption

• Minimum Increment: Minimum billable amount (e.g., 100KB minimum even if less is used)

• Data Increment Quantity: Billing increments (e.g., bill in 100KB blocks)

Access Charges:

• Monthly Access Charge: Fixed monthly fee when SIM is active on any network

• Monthly Usage Fee: Fixed monthly fee when SIM passes any data or sends SMS

Service Controls:

• Block Data: Prevent data usage

• Block SMS MO: Block mobile-originated SMS

• Options to block specific services as needed

Profile-Specific Rates:

• Apply different rates for different SIM types (Jersey SIM, Malta SIM, etc.)

• Option to set universal rates across all profiles or customize per profile
