Finding Your Way Around
The Header
The header is fixed and will appear on every page. There are 3 key elements in the header.

- The Logo on the top left, clicking this will take you back to your tenant’s customer screen as the default starting point.
- The 2 buttons on the far right of the header allow you to Log out and also to view, change and reset your context. Context shows you the tenant you are currently operating under or impersonating.

Spotting Which Portal You're In
The tenant portal starts with "Tenants" in the main menu, while the customer portal starts with "Dashboard."

Tenant portal
If you see options like "Customers," "Inventory," and "Charging," you're in the tenant portal. Customer portals show "VSlices," "Routing Policies," and network configuration options instead.

Understanding the Tenant Portal Menu Structure
Your main areas are:
Menu Item | Description |
---|---|
Tenants | Hierarchy management and sub-tenant creation |
Customers | Used to manage your customers and endpoint assignment |
Inventory | Endpoint allocation and status monitoring |
Charging | Bundle and tariff management |
Access Control | User management and API tokens |
The context changes based on which tenant you have selected in the hierarchy - everything you see relates to that tenant and what's below it.
The menu also shows you the version you are currently using and conveniently shows the time as well.
Selected Tenant
The highlighted tenant in your hierarchy view indicates the currently selected tenant. All menu items will show data for that tenant specifically. Click on any tenant name to make it a selected tenant, this will change your working context.
