Bundles

Checking status and applying bundles to customer or endpoint

Navigate to Customers from the main menu and select the customer you want to manage. Click the Bundles tab.

Bundle Types

Bundle TypeDescription
Active BundlesThese are bundles that are currently live
Pending BundlesThese are bundles that are set to start on activation when added to an endpoint group or future iterations of an active bundle
Armed BundlesThese are bundles that are set up to start on first usage / first byte
Inactive BundlesThese are bundles that are expired

You can use the expansion icon to drill down and see the details and the elements in each bundle.



Bundle Instance States

Each bundle instance is in one of a number of possible states:

10pendingThe bundle instances is assigned to an endpoint, and will automatically become active once the endpoint has been assigned to an endpoint group.
15armedThe bundle is assigned to an endpoint, and will become active, as soon as the endpoint attaches to one of the mobile networks specified in the bundle elements.
20activeThe bundle is assigned to an endpoint and is currently active.
30suspendedThe bundle instance has been suspended (through the portal or API) and is currently not being used.
40terminatedThe bundle instance has been terminated (through the portal or API) and cannot be assigned again.
60depletedThe bundle instance has been depleted during data usage
