Bundles
Checking status and applying bundles to customer or endpoint
Navigate to Customers from the main menu and select the customer you want to manage. Click the Bundles tab.
Bundle Types
| Bundle Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Bundles | These are bundles that are currently live |
| Pending Bundles | These are bundles that are set to start on activation when added to an endpoint group or future iterations of an active bundle |
| Armed Bundles | These are bundles that are set up to start on first usage / first byte |
| Inactive Bundles | These are bundles that are expired |
You can use the expansion icon > to drill down and see the details and the elements in each bundle.
Bundle Instance States
Each bundle instance is in one of a number of possible states:
| ID | State | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | pending | The bundle instances is assigned to an endpoint, and will automatically become active once the endpoint has been assigned to an endpoint group. |
| 15 | armed | The bundle is assigned to an endpoint, and will become active, as soon as the endpoint attaches to one of the mobile networks specified in the bundle elements. |
| 20 | active | The bundle is assigned to an endpoint and is currently active. |
| 30 | suspended | The bundle instance has been suspended (through the portal or API) and is currently not being used. |
| 40 | terminated | The bundle instance has been terminated (through the portal or API) and cannot be assigned again. |
| 60 | depleted | The bundle instance has been depleted during data usage |
