Packet Tracing
If the Endpoint Monitor edge service is enabled, packets sent/received by the endpoint can be captured for troubleshooting an analysis purposes.
A Packet Capture session can be created for an endpoint, with a specified duration. While active, packets sent/received will be stored - and can be subsequently downloaded as a PCAP file for analysis in Wireshark or a similar application.

The generated PCAP file contains all the data sent/received by the endpoint from Layer 3 (IP) up. It does not contain any Layer 2 data or internal information regarding the stacuity or mobile operator networks.
This facility is intended for diagnostic connectivity issues, not for the large scale capture of high-throughput data streams. If a monitored device sends/receives an excessive amount of traffic while a capture session is active, the capture session will be automatically stopped.
